1 · You lay it out
The decision in one line, your options, your numbers, and which way you are leaning. The sharper the brief, the sharper the room.
Twelve advisors, each built from that person's own public work, their letters, essays, talks and interviews, sit around a table and debate your real business decision. Not a chatbot that agrees with you. A room that tests your thinking, fights over it, scores every option and hands back a verdict you can act on.
Send your decision below. I run it through the council and the full verdict, the reasoning, the dissent and what to do next, comes back to your inbox.
How it works
The decision in one line, your options, your numbers, and which way you are leaning. The sharper the brief, the sharper the room.
A board of advisors is picked for your question. They open, find the fault lines, debate across three rounds, then each one scores every option.
A clear call with scores, the reasoning behind it, the minority report, the conditions, and a step by step of what to do next.
The council
Each seat owns one question. Together they cover the whole decision, from the offer to the cash to who actually has to do the work.
Your council is picked per question, usually five to seven seats, always with one voice that guards the downside and one likely to disagree, so the room argues instead of nodding.
See it in action
Watch a real council happen. These play out live, right here in your browser, the table, the openings, the debate, the vote and the verdict, exactly as they ran.
Use the speed controls or Skip ahead inside the room. Best experienced on a desktop. Open Past sessions to pick either council.
The verdicts, at a glance
Bring your decision
Give the council something real to chew on. The more you put in, the better the verdict. Leave something out and I will ask before the room starts.
The advisors are simulations built from each person's public work. They are not the people, they do not speak for them, and none of them is affiliated with or endorses this. A seat only quotes someone word for word when the line is in its brain with a source. Built on the open source Roast Room by AI Automation Society.
